Les-Beaux-de-Provence is a French village perched in the mountains in the wonderful South of France. No wonder it is named “Les Beaux”. You smell the lavender growing wildly everywhere. The sun flowers that so inspired Van Gogh echo the sun from the astonishingly bright blue sky. Walking on the Savonnerie rug we are reminded of the beauty of Provence, of France and in fact of every garden around the world where we have felt the delight of nature’s glory. After summer, as I read my books and the weather becomes a bit chilly, I can wrap myself in the Fall bloom cashmere shawl, cocooning with my favourite authors.
