Design story:

1934: Ella Fitzgerald began singing at the age of 16 at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York, in one of the first Amateurs Nights, which she won, contributing as much to the glory of the Apollo as to her own. She is acknowledged as the ‘First Lady of Song” thanks to her popularity as a leading jazz vocalist and her unmatched vocal talent. She possessed a purity of tone and a wonderful personal technique, mimicking instrumental sounds. The patterns of this rug reflect the pattern of sound waves of musical harmonies. It perfectly suits her theme song of love, life and bluesy feelings. The whirling chain stitch technique used in the background by our Master Crafstmen give even more intensity to these emotions.

This Ella Fitzgerald rug will bring to your home a deep and mysterious harmony, as only music can do so well.
